• Floral arrangements may vary slightly in appearance to what is delivered, but we will do our best to make sure all designs resemble to what you have ordered. 

• Cut floral arrangements last between 3 to 7 days when cared properly. Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, windows, heat sources and ripening fruit – all of these factors affect how long your flowers will last. 

• Floral arrangements in floral foam care tips:

       - Check if the floral foam is still damp or wet. Make sure to add clean water daily (about 3tbsp) if it gets dry. Floral foams help your flowers stay             hydrated.

       - Always keep your flowers in a cool spot/room temperature/air-conditioned room

• Cut-flower bouquets

       - Fill your vase with clean water

       - Remove any foliage/leaves that will sit below the waterline to avoid bacteria

       - Trim flower stems at a 45 degree angle

       - Change water regulary

Please note that our Bubble Balloons are of High-Quality & Reliable Material made of ultra transparent natural latex and has good extensibility, durable and not easy to rupture. If handled properly and with utmost care, it can hold up well staying fully inflated throughout a lengthy event.

 

• High temperature, direct exposure under the sun, improper handling, sharp objects, sharp nails, hot or cluttered car, pets etc can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. 

• Balloons can pop when exposed to hot metal objects such as awnings, the outside of the car or seatbelt parts. Do not put balloons into a hot car or leave balloons in a hot parked car. We recommend turning on air conditioning to allow for the temperature of the car to come down before placing balloons into the car.

• We will replace anything we pop during our transportation. However, we will not be held responsible for the condition of such items after they have been handed over in good condition.

 

C A K E S

• For bundles with Cheesecakes, make sure to put it on a refrigerator or freezer before consuming or serving.

• Cheesecakes are best served chilled or slightly frozen

• Do not leave Cheesecake unrefrigerated for more than 3 hours as it may affect the quality.

• Shelf life:

    - Refrigerated/Chilled: 7 days

    - Frozen: 2-3 weeks

D E L I V E R Y

• We deliver around Pampanga daily. Delivery to other provinces is accepted but with minimum amount of orders.

• Mode of Delivery:

    - We use a third-party delivery service. If our third-party delivery service is not available, our team will still deliver it with same fee calculated by the third-party service.

• There are instances that the delivery fee stated upon checkout is NOT FINAL. We will still have to check on the delivery app the fee of the exact address given. 

• Delivery hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM

• We offer SAME-DAY DELIVERY of some products for orders placed before 12:00PM. However, delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

• For NEXT-DAY DELIVERY, order must be placed before 4:00PM.

• During PEAK SEASONS like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s day, exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

• No changing of delivery date and time as much as possible. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to do so. 

• Kindly make sure to keep your communication lines open to avoid delays with the delivery. 

• We assure you that all orders are handed over properly to our delivery partners in their best condition and quality.
